Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued only if:

• A transaction was charged erroneously due to technical issues

• A service was not delivered as agreed and verified through documentation

Non-Refundable Items

• Token amounts, booking fees, or property reservation charges

• Consultancy and advisory service fees

• Digital service deliverables after initiation of work

• Processing or documentation charges

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us with proof of payment and explanation. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
